Social Capital

Social Capital is a bar and restaurant that opened up across the street from the new Scissortail Park in Oklahoma City. The owners of Social Capital wanted to pay tribute to the history of the building, an old mechanic's garage, within the brand. The definition of social capital "the networks of relationships among people who live and work in a particular society, enabling that society to function effectively" and comes from their mission of bringing people together. From this concept + the garage, I used the iconic pattern found atop the gearshift of a vehicle that doubled as a representation of interconnecting figures as a whole.
